How to find a Cross-Sectoral Collaborator
Cross-Sectoral Collaborator
The CSF Program is looking to support projects that are informed and supported by cross-sector collaborations. Candidates must identify one or more cross-sectoral collaborators from a target discipline in the Program, but from a different field than the candidate. The collaborator’s knowledge and experience should complement the team and contribute towards the success of the project.
Funds to cover the honorarium of the collaborators can be included in the budget, as long as this is fully justified in terms of the activities of the Program and the time directly dedicated to the project with the fellow.
Potential collaborators can be listed at the pre-proposal stage, but should be secured for the full proposal.
Incentives
- Work with other sectors to help achieve sustainable solutions.
- Financial support for their participation in the implementation of the project.
- Networking opportunities with other fellows, mentors, and Coastal Solutions program partners and supporters along the continent.
The Coastal Solutions Fellows Program builds and supports an international community to design and implement solutions that address coastal challenges across the Pacific Americas Flyway. Our main goal is to conserve coastal habitats and shorebird populations by building the knowledge, resources, and skills of Latin American professionals, and by fostering collaborations among multiple disciplines and sectors.
